Terms of Service

Stardy is a PERSONAL astrology application based on your birth details. It is single-player: there is NO matching, chat, discovery or sharing with other users. The compatibility feature compares you with people you enter yourself (spouse, partner, crush, friend, family, colleague); those people are not users of the app. Their details stay on your device; only the birth data needed to compute their chart is sent to the server once, and it is not saved there (see clause 4).

All content is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute scientific, medical, or psychological advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app
• Only one account can be created per phone number
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using fake or misleading account information
• Using the app for commercial purposes
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or sending bulk automated requests
• Actions that compromise the security of the app
• Sharing illegal content

You can enter other people's birth details for compatibility analysis. Those people are not users of the app and may not have consented to this; the responsibility is yours.

These details are STORED only on your own device; their name and city never leave it. Their birth date, birth time and the coordinates of their birthplace are sent to the server once, to calculate that person's chart; the server uses them only at the moment of calculation and SAVES THEM NOWHERE. For the compatibility text, only sky positions (sign and degree), relationship type, language and chart precision are sent. If you delete the app, these details are deleted with it.

• Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended without notice
• You can delete your account at any time
• There is an appeal process for suspended accounts

The compatibility analysis and its results are for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee relationship outcomes. This app does not provide fortune-telling, prophecy, or future prediction services. All content is prepared for personality analysis and entertainment purposes. The app is provided 'as is'.

Stardy's content is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; always consult a professional on those matters.

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Significant changes are announced via in-app notification; the current version is always published on this page.

Stardy Plus is a subscription offered as a monthly or an annual plan. The free tier sees the summary of each analysis; Plus opens the full text, the deep layer, connection analyses, all twelve houses, the psychological profile, planet detail pages, the seasons and period cards, and raises the monthly compatibility allowance to three (one per month on the free tier).

The price is shown in the store you downloaded the app from (App Store or Google Play) for your region and currency; no price is printed on this page. Eligible users may be offered a free trial; the trial length is shown in the store, and when the trial ends the subscription renews automatically.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel from your store account up to 24 hours before it ends: on iPhone and iPad in App Store settings, on Android in the Subscriptions section of the Google Play app. Purchases can be restored with 'Restore purchases' in the app.

The store processes the payment (Apple or Google); Stardy has no separate payment flow. Refund requests are handled through the store's own process. On Google Play you can request a refund directly through Play within 48 hours of purchase; after that, write to hello@stardy.app.

Stardy Plus is a digital service supplied immediately by electronic means. Performance begins the moment you start the subscription. Distance selling rules list services performed immediately and supplied electronically among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal; by starting the subscription you request immediate performance and accept that exception.

If you live in the European Union, your fourteen day right of withdrawal for digital content remains intact unless you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right.

This section does not override the store's own refund policy. You can send a refund request through the route described in section 9 above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

As a consumer, you may bring a dispute before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your own place of residence. The monetary thresholds are updated every year.

For users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.

If the consumer law of your country grants you broader rights, this section does not limit them.
